With Visual Studio 2013 IDE, we have Search Options feature under Tools > Options menu. Now we can quickly search for particular item easily and change the settings for them.
The below image shows the comparison with Visual studio 2012 IDE which does not have Search Options.
Sample Search:
In the Search Options, i tried to search for word "key" and you can see the result in below image. Search Options will search for Treeview items and right side content as well.
Note: Shortcut for "Search Options" is Ctrl + E
