In order to receive Azure service, billing, support, or security issues to your email you can update your email address in the Azure portal under settings.
Login to https://portal.azure.com > Click on Portal Settings > from the left menu, select My Information> Enter your email address > click on Apply button > Change of your email is applied on Azure Portal.
