Introduction
From Azure portal settings, you can choose a normal theme from named Azure, Blue, Light and Dark for Azure Portal.
Also, you can turn on a high contrast theme which makes it easier to read the Azure portal content.
Note: If you choose a high contrast theme, it overrides normal themes.
