Azure status provides complete health statuses like Good, Information, warning and Crticial of its Products and Services across Regions. Azure status is accessable to everyone to view all services which reports service health and Incidents. We can check the Azure health status from https://status.azure.com/

If you have an Azure account, its recommended to use Azure Service Health to know all outages, upcoming maintenance activities and service advices from Azure Portal.

Also, Azure status page has few more features like
  1. Refreshes the page automatically every 2/5/10 and 30 Minutes
  2. Link to Previous status history
  3. Service Level Agreements
  4. Go to Azure Service Health
