Visual Studio Online account provide us maximum of 5 basic licenses and we can not add more users. In order to overcome this, Microsoft has added unlimited stakeholder licenses with no charge to Visual Studio Online. Using stakeholder license, any of your team member can see the project status and provide the feedback.Adding Stakeholder to Visual Studio Online:
With stakeholder license, if you want connect to team project click on Browse link from Recent projects & teams and add team project collection so that you can use features.
As a stakeholder licence we can do - Create/View/Edit Bug, Feature, Impediment, Product Backlog item, Task, Test Case.
- Create/View/Save queries
- Receive alerts when changes are made to work items.
